Sad, really sad... i dont want a great looking game.. i want a fun game. LAG is so bad in major fleet battles that you cant even load grid... What about that??? ALL you care is nerfing the good and fun things on eve and not fixing the REAL issues.
So you are just cruising through not looking at the stuff they are doing to fix lag and only looking at news about incarna. Great. Good for you. You do understand that just because it's a incursion patch doesn't mean it's automatically only eyecandy? Perhaps you should actually follow the dev blogs more...in general.

Everyone who is doing the "ragequit" are either teens that will mature in time or grown up who should have matured and are still living with their parents. Either way, you need grow up.

Nope. I don't even mine.
The changes are made that new alliances and corps can find a setting in null without having to lick. At the moment it's basically impossible. You really can't fund a sov without having some sov before that. Thus basically means merging into already rooted alliances, but it's not that often that they event want new corps. Basically meaning an alliance can completely shut down newcomers and deny them the resources. Yes, big alliances fight each others and so on, but a small corp/alliance has no footing in entering and keeping their own. You get the cap**** if you do. Yes, there are NPC null, but that's not really what it's all about.
What CCP wants is "crappy null" areas where the big alliances have no interest in, but small alliances/corps would still find them somewhat lucrative. I'm all for that.
You either have to make small alliances effective even vs. big alliances and well in truth...that could never work. Bigger alliance should ALWAYS mean more power. It's just about where they concentrate it. Having areas that have no interest to them would mean "void" areas. They did do that with WH's , but it's not really the same thing.
Eve evolves, get over it. They nerf something today, something else in a year. Just because you are the "toph dog" (alliance, corp, whatever) NOW doesn't mean you should be tomorrow.
I do understand the effect on macros and they **** me off, but I also understand the impact they would have on the economy if they were hammered down quickly. CCP HAS to create something to avoid the the economical crash. Thus, what they are doing now with the changes. When everything becomes more vidid and lively they can hammer down macros and it will only cause more turbulence in the economy, but it won't shut it down.
Think about macros as product piracy in the real world. If you would remove it 100% then half of China would be out of work. Same thing would happen in eve. Thus with alliances denying sov for the "workers" it would all crash down. One can't just go in guns blazing and shooting the bad guy who is holding the bomb. Yay,you killed him and everyone else. See the point?

You get one re-sculpt, but you don't have to use it immediately. You can choose to not enter the character creator (or enter, play around with sculpting and customizing and then cancel your changes), and you will be given the option again next time you log in and select your character.
Just to clarify:
a) you get the re-sculpt you body once (aka, change your ugly face and make yourself buff) b) you can change your clothes, get a haircut, piercings and pass out in the station tattoo parlor as many times as you want (and get a few scars from the barfight), but you can't change your "body" in the re-customization services?

Majority of null is "worthless" for majority of small groups at the moment. Why, because they can't get there without getting ****d by caps (mostly because the major alliances have nothing better to do). The changes are making it possible to be in null as a small group.

Good. You could stop posting as well.
Ps. Do you make a habit on checking your opponents stats from the forums. I've heard people use alts.

Oh boy, they can maybe mine arkanor until CCP nerfs that too. why don't we just go back to taking sov with towers and the whole mucked up constellation sov system? OH BOY BELT RATING! WHOO! to bad the bounty on rats is relative to the true sec of the system...
I've heard people use alts too. people to scared to come out in the open about who they really are. you're ignorant, and a coward to boot. neat.
At least I'm not an idiot.
You do understand than when certain areas comes lucrative the pressure will be there. The big alliances will be fighting over those and versus each others. Leaving the idle abandoned stretches for the drunken roams. The whole key CCP is driving is that the fights will be more localized. You really think the alliances will rather go on a bashing rampage over idle worthless territories when the lucrative areas are under attack?
The only question is that will there be enough fighting over the lucrative areas to leave the idle areas under the radar. As you said...the majority of null will become worthless to them.
Ps. Hey you read my post! So much for your last post then... (oh sorry, the second last post).

Well bots need local because d-scan doesn't show cov ops cloakers. If someone nails a bot which thinks it's "going forward happily and merrily" then you can farm it with bombers (a pack) for example. Longshot, but it would still mean a "endless" supply of bot-ships! Could be a rather lucrative business. As long as the bots do them in semi-pimped tengus.
No idea how smart the bots are, but would they come back to the same point where they just blew up?

It will be a first when people actually vote for something that will make then loose money. Basically that's what people are talking about. Of course everybody will cry wolf and go all bonkers when they loose their iskmine! I hardly think CCP thought it would go down silently or easily.
"Oh hi, the next patch will reduce your isk income from 5bil to 5mil. You want to vote yes for the patch?"
OF COURSE EVERYBODY WILL VOTE NO! The ones who would vote yes are the ones currently living in highsec and pretty much starting out the game. They don't vote because they don't understand null nor have they ever been there. So all the votes are biased or nonvoters. So the vote wouldn't solve anything.
I do admit this is a prime example of a CSM project...

Funny how others say null is only about moon mining and all the rest is just filler. Then when they remove the filler (or move it) everyone goes on a rampage and whines about loosing everything they have. Wasn't it about the moons...?
Make up your mind!

Originally by: half san I hope CCP will solve problem with PI, in Planet view "Show other characters networks" still not working.
Fly safe.
Actually it does work. Not sure if it works as it should, but it work. The control centers are visible (barely) when you zoom in. When you click on the center it will show the whole network. I do admit that all the networks I've seen look very very odd. Somehow I have a feeling they are outdated and forgotten. As I don't think anyone forgets the planet...then it has to be some old data. I mean some of those networks look so bonkers that I have no idea what they are trying to do.
